Our refund policy

We at Steelville Carpet Care strive to provide the best customer service available to our customers. We encourage all customers who are dissatisfied with their service to call or email us and give us a chance to correct the problem whether it be an unanswered question, a service 're-do', or a refund.

Our refund policy is as follows;

If you used our service and paid for Deep Scrub but are unhappy with the results or have spots return within 3 days of service we will come back and clean the trouble areas again at no charge. If you are still dissatisfied and spots still reappear after your carpet dries, we will give you a full refund for the cost of the deep scrub in the problem areas.

If you  used our service and paid for Deodorizer but are the odor still exist within 3 days of service we will come back and re-clean and re-deodorize the area again at no charge. If you are still dissatisfied and the odor is still present after your carpet dries, we will give you a full refund for the cost of the deodorizer in the problem areas.

There are no refunds for any basic cleaning done at coupon price.
Basic cleaning done at regular price will be subject to re-do's and/or a refund upon the the customers request.
